Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Scope of Agreement

Welcome to CreatorSafe AI (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Platform"). This Service is operated by CreatorSafe AI Technologies Ltd. By accessing, browsing, or using any video compliance scanning, automated report generation, or API interfaces provided by this Platform, you unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms of Service and the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Major changes will be notified via your registered email or platform announcements. Continued use of the Service is deemed as your acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Nature of Service, Limitations, and Disclaimer

• No Official Affiliation: CreatorSafe AI is an independent third-party technology provider operating independently of YouTube and its parent company, Google LLC. Our algorithm is reverse-engineered and trained based on public YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies (like Inauthentic Content and Reused Content) and numerous creator cases. It serves solely as an auxiliary diagnostic tool.

• No Guarantee of Absolute Safety: There are subjective differences in judgment standards between algorithms and human reviewers. Even if a video receives a 100-point "Safe" rating in our system, there is still a risk of it being yellow-flagged, taken down, or having the channel demonetized due to human review discrepancies, sudden YouTube policy changes, or other unknown factors. You agree to bear all risks associated with the final publication of your video. CreatorSafe is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss of revenue.

• Service Availability: This service relies on third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and computing power providers. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for delayed delivery caused by service interruptions.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership of Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to all videos, audio, thumbnails, and related text you upload to the Platform. We will not claim any ownership over your content.

License to Use: To provide the scanning analysis service, you grant CreatorSafe the permission to temporarily process, decode, slice frames, and transmit your uploaded files on a technical level. This license is valid only during the service period; once the scan is complete, the original file will be completely destroyed.

Infringement: If the content you upload infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights of others, you must bear full legal responsibility. CreatorSafe does not act as a content hosting platform, but we will cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies upon receiving a valid court order.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Behaviors

By using this Service, you declare and warrant that your actions comply with all applicable laws. You explicitly agree NOT to engage in the following behaviors:

• Upload video materials containing child pornography, extreme violence, promotion of terrorism, or other illegal content.
• Use this Service for large-scale, automated malicious probing (e.g., attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass YouTube's copyright fingerprinting system).
• Attempt to circumvent, crack, or destroy the Platform's billing system, rate limits, or security protection mechanisms.
• Resell, rent, or unauthorized integration of this Service into third-party commercial platforms (unless you hold our Enterprise API license).
• Use automated scripts or bots to maliciously consume our server resources and LLM tokens.

If any of the above violations are discovered, we reserve the right to immediately ban your account, forfeit all remaining credits/subscription time, and pursue legal liability.

5. Subscription, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Billing and Subscription: The subscription fee for the Pro version will be deducted via your payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) upon confirmation of purchase. Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, the service will renew automatically.

Refund Policy: Because this service involves immediate consumption of expensive AI computing power, all scan credit consumption and monthly/annual subscription fees are non-refundable once deducted. If you believe your account has suffered unauthorized fraudulent charges, please contact our support team within 7 days after the deduction.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall first be settled through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for final resolution in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.
